Workin' On My Fitness

So I've started working out again and I already feel like slacking. I'm going to try to stay accountable by putting it out here every week. I figure if I see it in print... and you see it in print... I'll be more motivated. So here it is. Here's what I did last week...

Sun - 1 hour Body Step class

Mon - 1 hour Body Pump class

Tue - 1 hour Body Step class

Wed - 1 hour Body Pump class

Thur - Was told I would lose my mother of the year status if I skipped Layla's music program to go to the gym. Still mother of the year... missed my class :(

Fri - drank margaritas and played drunk Apples to Apples - no gym. Um... is talking really, really loudly and laughing like an idiot a workout? If so... I get about 5 hours o' fitness added to the week! No? I thought not.

Sat - 3 hours of tubing. I'm gonna go ahead and say that the burn in my legs meant that I was getting some kind of workout and my abs were on fire from the constant screams of laughter. I'm counting it as working out for sure!

I'll let you know next Sunday how this week goes.

Yes Friday was a work out! All that laughing was like 500 crunches. And food for the soul. Hippie!

I think that coughing non-stop for three weeks can be counted as something. I was really sore after one day of coughing so hard I thought my lungs would come up. I had no choice but to cough through the pain. I am still coughing, so am I doiing un-intentional crunches?

I too am losing my motivation. Maybe if I had some sort of results from it but it's not happening.
