So we thought our TV would be delivered today but no such luck. Nick decided to call and find out why. He has been on the phone for about an hour and has talked to a few live people and is now stuck in automated hell.

It's over and over and over and he's getting really, really red and really, really pissed. Don't mess with a man and his big screen!
